Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS and/or email.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Other Locations: Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Remote or out-of-service locations may take longer depending on courier availability.
Shipping Partners
All shipments are fulfilled through Shiprocket and its partnered courier networks.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners; SCENTIQ LUXURY is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses will be subject to reshipping charges, which must be paid by the customer.
- If the customer refuses delivery, the order will be considered cancelled and return shipping charges will be deducted before any refund or store credit is issued.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Promotional offers on “Free Shipping” are valid only as communicated during campaigns and cannot be applied retroactively.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Customers can track their shipment status using the courier tracking link shared via email/SMS.
Damaged / Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof to [insert email].
Once an order is handed over to the courier, SCENTIQ LUXURY is not liable for transit loss, theft, or delays. We will, however, assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner as per their policies.
International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, SCENTIQ LUXURY ships only within India. For future international orders, duties and customs charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
