Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch. If you believe your order was processed in error, please contact us immediately at scentiqluxury@gmail.com with your order number; we will review and respond within 48 business hours.
Returns (Perfumes & Hygienic Products)
Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only for confirmed product damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, email scentiqluxury@gmail.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require prior written authorization (RMA) from SCENTIQ LUXURY.
Do not ship any item without an RMA — unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Return & Refund Process
- Claim Review: We review your claim and issue an RMA decision within 48 business hours.
- Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup via Shiprocket or our courier partner within 2 business days.
- Inspection: Returned items are inspected by our quality team within 48 business hours of receipt.
- Refund / Replacement: Upon approval, we initiate a refund, replacement, or store credit within 48 business hours of inspection.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds via Razorpay are typically credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days (may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank or payment method).
Refund Options
Approved claims qualify for:
- Replacement (subject to stock availability)
- Store credit
- Refund to original payment method
Refunds cover the product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Reverse pickup or reshipping charges may apply for returns not caused by product damage or SCENTIQ error.
- Unauthorized or change-of-mind returns will be refused.
